How much space do I need to buy for my recordings?

It's a combination on how much recording you plan to do and how often you plan to retrieve them from the FTP site (ftp://download.whitepajama.net)

Conversion rates for Recording:
16 k/b = 1 second of recording
250 megs (default amount) = 4 hours of recordings
1 gig = 16 hours of recordings

Where can I get my recordings?

You can do one of two things:

A) If you are a supervisor, you can download recordings one by one by clicking on "Monitoring", "Agent Management" or "Queue Management", then click on "Playback". Click on the name of the queue or agent you wish to save, then hit the "save" button on the right hand side.

B) You can go to "ftp://download.whitepajama.net" if you are p2, & p3 customers, or go to "ftp://ftp.mycontactual.com/" for p5 customers. You must enter the name of your tenant, followed by the sftp password you gave it in the Configuration Manager.
