What Internet browsers are supported by Contactual?

To log into the Agent Desktop and Configuration Manager, you will need to use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.

To check the version of your browser, click on the Help>>About Internet Explorer on the tool bar. A small window will appear displaying the Version number of your IE browser.

To be able to access the Support Center, your end-users can use IE 5.0 or 5.5 or higher for Chat, Email and My Account. If they want to co-browse with an Agent, they will need IE5.5 or higher.

Important Note: Make sure the encoding on IE is set to Western European.
